CSR

‘Towards prosperity in harmony with people and planet’ is a principle that is embedded in all the CSR activities we at CUMI Abrasives promote. As an organization, we believe that CSR activities present us with an opportunity to make a difference to society; social responsibility isn’t a corporate obligation. Through inclusive growth and sustainable development of the community, we create a better planet.

All our initiatives are supported by well-organized and proven scientific studies. Need Assessment Study of the respective community is first carried out, based on which we formulate appropriate community intervention initiatives. Along with analysis of collected quantitative data, we carry out a qualitative analysis through focus group discussion, interactions with key members in the community and observational visits.

The principle ‘Of the people, by the people and for the people’ drives our community development projects. The projects are implemented and supervised by a committee consisting of our members and representatives from the respective community.

The two platforms for community interventions are:

Rural Healthcare Program

Welcome to our Free Rural Healthcare Program! Our comprehensive team consists of a qualified doctor (MBBS), a compassionate female nurse, a skilled lab technician, and a reliable driver.

We offer advanced test facilities, including ECG and basic pathological tests, ensuring accurate diagnoses.

Each month, we cover 10 villages, visiting each village once a week and providing healthcare services to two villages per day.

Annually, we treat approximately 18,000 patients, making a significant impact on rural communities.

All our services are completely free of cost, as we believe that quality healthcare should be accessible to everyone.

Join our initiative to support and improve the health of rural residents. Your involvement and contributions can help us expand our reach and continue providing free medical services.

Together, we can create healthier communities and brighter futures.

ASK Centre (Attitude, Skill & Knowledge Development Centre)
